ESC (1.4) Help Sheet
Go into your \BT (or user defined) directory.
Type MAIL from the Dos prompt.
Choose C } CALL Your Boss Node

Choose T } TOSS
Choose A } AREAS - respond affirmatively to each prompt

Choose M} EDITOR message editor
Press Enter when Msged comes up (version 2.1)
Press Alt A
Press Enter (Scan for new messages)
Use your cursor keys to select an area or Enter for Netmail
Press Alt-E
Compose a message to your Boss Node sysop
Press Function 1, Function 10 or Alt-S when finished
Press Alt-A or Escape to change areas.
Select an area with the cursor keys
Press Alt-E if the area is empty
compose a message or press your Escape key to abort
Msged editor commands
Alt-A allows you to change areas
use Escape key to cancel
Alt-Q allows you to QUOTE an already present message
Alt-E allows you to ENTER a new message
Alt-R allows you to REPLY to a message without quoting
Alt-S saves your NEW message
Alt-S display option menu from an OLD message (careful)
use Escape key to exit this menu
Alt-O shells to dos
Alt-W writes message to printer (or file)
use Escape key to cancel this request
Alt-L to list messages
L to list messages
use Escape key to cancel
Alt-C to change a message
use Escape key to cancel
Alt-M to Move Copy or Forward a message
use Escape key to cancel
Alt-F to scan for text
use Escape key to cancel
Alt-D to delete a message or a line when composing
use Escape key to cancel
Ctrl-< or Ctrl-> to follow message thread forward/backward
, or . to follow message thread forward/backward

Alt-X exits Msged
